I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was beautifully clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed oasis after exploring Como. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything. However, the service experience was somewhat mixed, as I encountered a bit of a wait during check-in and some unhelpful staff interactions. Overall, the stay offered great value for money, especially considering the amenities.

The hotel is situated in a lovely spot right in the heart of Como, making it perfect for exploring the town. My room overlooked a gorgeous piazza, which added to the charm, but it was quite small and a bit cramped. The staff, particularly the lovely lady and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable.
